Unapologetic Consulting, LLC., led by CEO La'Toya Sibley, consists of trained mental health professionals who have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. While working in the mental health field, we have personally experienced severe burnout and stress due to shortages in staff and a system that put its workers at a severe disadvantage. We had to learn to make the best of what we had with what we had and still be of service to those that we served.
Our passion and goal is to help service-based professionals and organizations to reduce burnout and stress by giving them tools that they can implement in their work life that will help them to increase productivity. We firmly believe that this reduction will enable service-based professionals to be fully and unapologetically productive and present for those that they serve.
